About the Role
Elevate your skills as a Lead Brand Designer, shaping and transforming brands for ambitious organisations. This senior role involves leading design projects from concept to delivery, crafting and evolving brand identities, style guides, campaign assets, websites, publications, signage and more.
You will bring high levels of craft and creativity to every brand project, building timeless visual identities while staying across emerging design trends.
Work collaboratively with account managers and strategists to unpack client briefs and deliver smart, effective creative solutions.
Present ideas to clients with clarity and confidence, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional outcomes.
Mentor and support designers in the studio, driving creative excellence across all projects.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on track and on budget without compromising craft or creativity.
About You
* Proven experience in an agency or creative environment, showcasing ability to elevate brands through conceptual thinking, design craft and versatility across mediums.
* Passionate about brand design, fluent in current and emerging design trends, with a deep understanding of what makes an identity timeless.
* Strong skills in typography and/or illustration, adding depth and character to designs.
* Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma or motion tools is highly valued.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate, present and build great team and client relationships.
* A proactive, curious and positive individual who thrives in fast-paced creative environments.
