About The Role
This is a 12-month maternity leave cover to facilitate, monitor and manage the timely delivery of all orders released for distribution to our customer base.
What You'll Do
1. Engage with our customers, both internal & external, to exceed expectations, driving brand loyalty through delivering a remarkable customer experience.
2. Identify system issues with OTM and SAP and highlight issues to your manager and resolution teams.
3. Utilise the current transport management system (OTM) to build loads, allocate orders efficiently, drawing down orders daily to minimize transport costs and ensure bookings on customer portals are confirmed.
4. Proactively review the urgency of the delivery and use other resources when needed.
5. Resolve customer enquiries and work closely with our delivery transport contractors to ensure they provide the level of service expected by Electrolux and our customers.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that information is shared and utilised in the correct manner.
Who You Are
1. You have solid working experience in a customer service position.
2. Warehouse / Distribution Centre experience is highly desirable.
3. SAP experience is advantageous; however, not essential.
4. Geographical knowledge of WA.
5. Excel - Intermediate level.
