Job Title: Rural Market Growth Specialist
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to manage a diverse territory in rural Australia.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with rural retailers, farmers, fencing contractors, government bodies and industry groups.
* Maximise sales revenue, margin and volume of our rural products through extensive contact with end-users, distributor clients and key influencers of buying decisions.
* Develop sales plans required to achieve sales targets and monitor market trends.
* Achieve sales targets and influence large contractors, end-users and other key stakeholders by articulating product benefits, demonstrating these products and providing training.
Our ideal candidate has a robust understanding of the Australian agricultural industry and proven sales experience. A passion for farming is essential.
The successful candidate will have:
* An agricultural-related qualification (desirable but not essential).
* Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deliver effective presentations to individuals and groups.
* Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
* Willingness to travel and be away from home regularly.
