About the role
Showroom Sales Consultants, also known as 'Retail Consultants', support builders, interior designers and homeowners as they navigate their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products.
* Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
* Use our 3D Planner to bring customers' dreams to life.
* Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
* Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; strong relationship‐building and customer‐helping skills.
* Energetic, takes initiative, and eager to learn and grow (experience in bathrooms not required).
* Comfortable with a computer and willing to learn new systems.
* Available for various shifts, including weekends.
* Desire to develop a career locally, within the network, or at head office.
