Job Description: • Excellent benefits including salary packaging • East Melbourne location • Permanent, Full time position About the Role You will be responsible for the delivery of expert clinical care of patients undertaking a dialysis home therapy Ensure safe, effective and individualised treatment plans are implemented and maintained Educate patients, families and healthcare staff on both Peritoneal Dialysis and haemodialysis Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed to support optimal outcomes Act as a key point of contact for patients, offering guidance and support throughout their therapy Classifications for this position will range from YU15 ($111,930.00 per annum). Your Contribution Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA Post registration qualification in Renal or working towards same. On-site dialysis is available at St. Vincent’s Fitzroy, St Vincents on the Park, East Melbourne and St. George’s Hospital, Kew for patients with acute and chronic renal failure.
