We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this graduate program, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and develop your skills and knowledge in occupational therapy.
You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to maximise their independence. You'll also participate in regular supervision and mentoring sessions to ensure your success in the role.
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll be part of a multidisciplinary team that's passionate about supporting people with disability. You'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in assessment, goal setting, and intervention planning.
The 12-month graduate program includes a comprehensive induction program, regular training sessions, and ongoing support from experienced colleagues. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a flexible environment, choosing where you work from home, cafes, or our clinical hubs.
