Role Overview
As a Technical Consultant/Developer in our Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our client's software programs and applications. You will work both independently and as part of a team. This is a hybrid role requiring presence on the client site at least 2 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical support of Dynamics 365 CE and Portals
* Writing code and system testing
* Analyzing systems and implementing improvements
* Working within an agile sprint environment on a client site
Candidate Profile
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Portals
* Strong experience with customization, configuration, and development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
* Ability to create custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
* Knowledge of data and system integration using APIs, RESTful services, etc.
* Experience working in agile sprints
