How will I help?
As a Reporting Analyst, you will create and administer Operational and Customer Reporting across Customer Relations (CR). CR is a data intensive environment and this role is central in maintaining data integrity as well as ensuring key stakeholders have both trust in, and easy access to their reporting.
You will work closely with CR Management, Workforce Management and Quality Teams to ensure that the reporting is accurate and drives desired business results.
This role can be based in Adelaide or Sydney.

What do I need?
Strong reporting and data skills with experience in both enhancing current reporting as well as building new reports
Prior experience in operational (Call Centre and back office) reporting
Advanced skills in Excel (VBA, Power Query & Power Pivot preferred)
Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau required
Skills in SharePoint and\ SQL required
Demonstrated ability to translate concept into execution
Prior experience utilizing data to drive business insights
Basic understanding of CMS, Workflow and Workforce Managements tools and concepts
Knowledge of Teradata preferred
Knowledge of Business Objects (Webi) preferred but not essential
