Duties & Responsibilities:
* Circa 180 properties with dedicated support staff!
* Mainly in-office duties
* Handling maintenance
* Prepare CMA's & lease renewals
* Manage arrears
* Conduct exit condition reports
* Upload rental listings online
* Tenant sign-ups
* Liaise with owners and tenants
* NO LEASING, NO TRUST ACCOUNTING, ADMIN SUPPORT, + INSPECTION SUPPORT!

Skills and experience required for the role:
* 2-3+ years of Property Management experience
* A current QLD Certificate of Registration is essential
* A valid driver's license
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
