Senior Project Engineer - Telecommunications Systems & Infrastructure About the role Join a high-performing engineering team delivering major telecommunications systems and infrastructure projects across industries including mining, resources, and mission-critical operations.We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer to take ownership of engineering delivery - coordinating teams, driving performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to scope.Major Projects18 month fixed-term contract, extension / conversion to FTE based on performance$160-190k + superWhat you'll be doing You'll play a critical leadership role in coordinating engineering delivery across the full project lifecycle, including design, procurement, construction, testing and handover.Coordinate and oversee engineering delivery across multidisciplinary teams for assigned projectsWork closely with Project Managers and engineering teams to meet delivery targetsManage engineering scope, priorities, resources, and schedulesOversee design reviews, Safety in Design, and engineering complianceManage technical queries, engineering change, and design deliverablesInterface with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholdersDrive project performance, reporting, and technical outcomesSupport site works, commissioning, and project closeoutMentor and support junior engineers and team developmentContribute to continuous improvement of engineering processesWhat you'll need to be successful in the roleFull Australian working rights – this role offers no form of Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.
