Position Details:
- Role: Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
- Shift Type: Night Duty
- Locations: Western Melbourne & South Eastern Melbourne
- Employment Type: Casual and Part-Time positions available
- Pay Rate: $35 - $45 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients during night shifts
- Assist with mobility, hygiene, toileting, and other personal needs
- Monitor and report changes in client health and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care, Disability, or Home & Community)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in aged care or disability support preferred
- Reliable transport and flexibility to work across multiple sites
