What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager to join our Customer Success team, supporting predominantly our Australia and New Zealand business. Our Engagement Managers act as trusted advisors to sales and customers with a deep understanding of end-to-end Professional Services and deployment of Docusign’s IAM platform. They understand customer needs, recommend best practices, and align services to ensure successful outcomes. The Senior Engagement Manager partners closely with the sales team to support deals through service alignment and selling. They serve as a conduit between Sales and Customer Success, ensuring downstream teams are prepared to support sold services.

This position is a quota-bearing individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager, Engagement Management – Asia Pacific and Japan.

Responsibilities

* Develop strong relationships with Field Sales, Partners, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
* Align with sales account and deal strategies, engage in the selling cycle, and pitch appropriate services.
* Scope services, propose approaches, estimate work effort, and develop accurate Statements of Work.
* Understand various services and training offerings and their outcomes.
* Communicate technical concepts in business or technical terms.
* Partner with Professional Services for knowledge transfer and support during challenges.
* Anticipate problems and recommend solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.
* Manage pipeline and meet quotas; this is a quota-carrying role.

Travel: Ability to travel as required.

Job Designation: Remote work from a designated location; designation may change based on business needs.

What you bring

Basic

* 5+ years in enterprise software consulting or services sales.
* Bachelor’s Degree.
* 2+ years as a consultant.

Preferred

* Proven track record of managing pipeline and exceeding quotas.
* Ability to develop account strategies and sales plays.
* Experience scoping and closing professional services deals.
* Knowledge of development lifecycles (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall).
* Knowledge of SaaS and Cloud offerings.
* Experience with large organizations across various industries.
* Collaborative mindset and self-starter attitude.
* Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
