The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the revenue function of our aged care services, ensuring timely completion of transactions and accurate management of customer fee accounts.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and process billing files within monthly deadlines.
- Manage customer statements and deliver them on time.
- Process customer direct debits and investigate any discrepancies.
**Essential Skills**
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in account management functions and managing large financial data sets.
