**_ At Programmed Care, we are currently seeking a Handyman to service Adelaide's Southern and Central Suburbs._**
Programmed Care is a community Nursing and home support provider. We are currently seeking to engage the services of a handyman to assist our clients in Adelaide's Southern and Central Suburbs with home maintenance jobs.
**95% of the role is**
- cleaning outside windows (single storey only)
- and clearing gutters
With additional jobs such as **lawn mowing (if client has a mower)**, **changing light globes, changing smoke alarm batteries, etc**
Job numbers and length will vary throughout the year. This arrangement would ideally suit an individual looking to supplement their current client base. Your Handyman service must be an **ABN registered business** with own equipment and insurances.
**You will need to provide the following documentation**
- Current Police Check - completed within last 12 months
- Working with Childrens check
- 2 x references from previous supervisors or managers
- ABN Registered Number as well as Income Protection and Public Liability Insurance
- Your own car, Car Registration and Car Insurance
- Covid Vaccinations X3
**And have the following background and skills**:
- Minimum 12 months experience
- Customer focused approach
- Compassion and patience
- Valuable time management skills
