Job Title: Project Manager Duration: 20 April 2026 - 5 October 2026 Hours/day: 8 Hours/week: 40 Pay Rate: $1000-$1200/day Super Location: Hybrid - Work from home and office in Sydney. Key accountabilities of the role Manage end‑to‑end delivery of Finance and Operations system and process changes required under the organisation‑wide restructure, including planning, documentation, implementation and reporting. Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, scope, schedules, implementation plans and Gantt charts. Monitor and manage project progress, risks, issues and dependencies, coordinating activities across teams to ensure successful implementation while maintaining service continuity. Key challenges of the role Delivering complex system and process changes while Finance and Operations continues critical business‑as‑usual activities. Coordinating multiple project activities, stakeholders and dependencies within fixed and sometimes competing timeframes. Maintaining clarity of scope, responsibilities and deliverables in a complex and evolving project environment. Inherent requirements of the role / Essential skills and experience Demonstrated experience managing projects end‑to‑end, including development of project plans, scope, schedules and implementation plans. Strong project management capability including risk and issue management, dependency tracking and progress reporting. Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Experience supporting implementation related to organisational restructures (desirable). Experience working in a corporate or government environment (desirable).
