Job Title: IT Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality and performance of our IT services, including hardware and factory systems. This role also involves managing identity and access management, disaster recovery, and ensuring overall resilience in our IT environment.
As an integral member of our team you will act as an escalation point for business-critical incidents impacting manufacturing, warehousing, and fulfilment operations. You will work closely with external vendors to resolve issues affecting production devices such as scanners, printers, standalone PCs and site infrastructure.
