LiveBetter has a fantastic permanent, full‑time opportunity in Orange, New South Wales for a Workforce Coordinator (HR) to join our dynamic team.

We're looking for a Junior HR Coordinator who brings reliability and resilience—no prior HR experience needed.

If you're naturally organised, have a keen eye for detail, and can be trusted to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality, this could be the perfect role for you.

What your day‑to‑day will look like:

As part of an adaptive, high performing team, you will provide effective and efficient human resources support to line managers and staff. You will undertake general HR responsibilities and assist other team members and key stakeholders with a variety of tasks. Working closely with the Human Resources team, you will help ensure operational excellence in the delivery of day‑to‑day transactions.

* Under the guidance of the Senior HR Business Partner and the HR team, take key accountability for human resource deliverables, working with service team managers and leveraging internal and external resources, policies, processes and systems as appropriate.
* Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and distribution of employment‑related documentation, including generation of employment contracts and various other correspondence associated with changes to terms and conditions of employment.
* Assist with maintenance and development of HR related policies and procedures.
* Contribute to HR initiatives and projects across the organisation.
* Work effectively and collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure appropriate support for recruitment and onboarding is provided.
* Generate regular and ad‑hoc reports from HR systems.
* Collaborate with the People & Culture team to support various initiatives.

What we needs from you:

* Previous experience in HR or willingness to develop skills in HR.
* Strong administration and organisational skills.
* High level attention to detail and data entry skills.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Ability to work creatively and collaboratively to problem solve.
* Ability to liaise with and maintain a positive working relationship with various stakeholders and build rapport.
* Ability to think outside the box.
