Key Responsibilities
* Operate, monitor and optimise mineral processing plant operations.
* Maintain high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
* Support the operations team in daily plant management.
* Participate in ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
We're Looking for you to have
* Base metal and/or gold processing experience (preferred).
* Cert II in Process Plant Operations holders encouraged to apply.
* Current C Class manual driver's licence.
* Valid National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
* Proven ability to work safely and efficiently.
* Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical & drug/alcohol screen.
About the Operation
* Underground ore crushing & flotation.
* Concentrate thickening & filtration.
* Logistics network exporting concentrate through a major WA port.
* On‑site civil works and tailings management.
