The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal applicant will ideally be experienced in creating engaging lessons whilst utilising explicit instruction and High Impact teaching strategies.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement effective lesson plans in line with the curriculum.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
* Assess and monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the school community to support student achievement.
* Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational practices.
* Understand and utilise data to track progress of students and make required interventions to maximise their learning.
