About your opportunity:
In this position you will…..
* Provide high level/quality, proficient and confidential administrative/executive support to the Directorate and the Director in a mature and professional manner which ensures the integrity and efficiency of that Office.
* Acquire and maintain a broad understanding of the political and social environment and maintain current knowledge of issues relating to the Director and matters affecting the management of the Directorate and/or Hospital and Health Service.
* Undertake research, prepare, collate, and format high-quality written correspondence. This may include correspondence such as letters, memorandums, emails, briefing notes, business cases, PowerPoint presentations and financial reports utilising appropriate corporate templates and within the necessary time frame.
