KingKira is seeking a highly skilled and trade-qualified Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities across its operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day maintenance tasks, ensuring equipment reliability, and managing a team.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations across the fleet
* Planning and scheduling servicing, inspections, and repairs
* Coordinating with mechanics, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work
* Monitoring and managing maintenance backlogs and priorities
* Conducting toolbox meetings and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
* Supporting mobilisation and demobilisation of assets across various sites
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities
* Liaising with operations to minimise equipment downtime and ensure availability
Requirements:
* Trade qualified in a mechanical or related field
* Proven experience in a similar maintenance supervisory or coordination role
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Proficiency with Dynaway or similar maintenance management systems
* Experience using Dime Scheduler or comparable planning software
