We are currently seeking a qualified Trainer and Assessor to deliver the CHC33021 – Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) at our Caloundra location.
This position is a permanent full-time role.
* Delivery will include the use of flexible learning models using online platforms and face-to-face training 4 days a week. You will work 1 day a week at our head office in Collingwood Park (Negotiable - We are flexible to your needs).

Essential Requirements
* TAE40116/TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
* Relevant qualifications (Certificate, Diploma or higher) in Individual Support/Community Care
* Sound understanding of the Community Services Industry
* Recent and relevant industry experience (at least 2 years)
* Current Driver's Licence
The ability to train and assessHLTAID011 - Provide first aid would be highly regarded

What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver and assess the Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability)
* Use engaging and varied teaching methods to inspire learners
* Planning lessons and updating training materials as needed
* Mark and submit assessments within required timeframes
* Support students with work placement coordination
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and outcomes
* Build and sustain relationships with community partners and local employers
