Position Summary Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible to complete general maintenance and upkeep of the property, guest rooms and public areas Uphold the highest standards of property maintenance across all hotel facilities, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and guest comfort. Demonstrate hands-on expertise with tools and equipment, while remaining current with modern technologies and systems used within luxury hospitality environments Work autonomously and interdependently, confidently managing shifts independently and taking full ownership of daily maintenance operations. Execute routine maintenance tasks to an exceptional standard, including basic plumbing, painting, and carpentry. Proactively drive preventative maintenance programs to minimise downtime, extend asset life, and continuously enhance the guest experience. Identify recurring facility issues and implement safe, efficient, and long-term solutions aligned with best practice. Support seamless hotel operations by responding promptly and professionally to urgent and reactive maintenance requests. About You Relevant experience in general maintenance, property maintenance in hotels, facilities, residential or commercial.?
