About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team! We are wanting to connect with candidates who will bring their exceptional leadership and retail management capabilities that will support our team and will also prioritise and enhance a customer centric retail experience for our customers.
Your expertise in retail operations and business acumen will be crucial in optimising our store's performance and profitability. Additionally, your strategic planning prowess and business development capabilities will drive our growth initiatives forward.

We are seeking candidates with experience and expertise in
* Team leadership and management â providing the team with guidance, coaching and support to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
* Retail operations â overseeing all aspects of store operations including inventory management, merchandising, sales performance and compliance with company policies and procedures.
* Customer service excellence â providing exceptional service and enhancing the overall shopping experience for customers and community.
* Financial performance â managing budgets, cost control process, inventory and sales forecasting to ensure profitability.
* Community engagement â foster strong relationships with the local community.
