We're looking for someone who thrives in a varied HSE environment and can provide day-to-day support, guidance and coaching to personnel. The ideal candidate will conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance, lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
About the Role:
* HSE Support: Provide expert advice and support to site personnel on all aspects of HSE.
* Site Inspections and Audits: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
* Incident Investigations: Lead investigations into incidents and develop strategies to prevent future occurrences.
* Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management processes across all work fronts.
* Training and Development: Deliver toolbox talks, safety inductions and targeted training to personnel.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on safety performance and trends.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in HSE or a related field.
* Experience: Proven experience in HSE advisory roles.
* Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
