Key Responsibilities
This role is crucial in client-facing operations and will be involved in flagship projects across VIC. Key responsibilities include:
* Conducting presales duties with technical expertise within AV solutions.
* Measuring work onsite with project managers to ensure accurate scopes of work.
* Developing scopes of works and compiling subcontractor tender packages for successful project delivery.
* Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to achieve business goals.
* Producing documentation that meets budget, timeline, and quality expectations.
* Identifying potential risks and collaborating with the team to mitigate them effectively.
Required Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in pre sales or estimation within the AV industry, specifically in quoting jobs.
* Excellent teamwork and autonomous working capabilities.
* Solid technical knowledge of audio visual systems.
* Strong time management skills, along with reliability, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
