Reporting to the Head of Distribution, this role will drive capital raising initiatives across property and private credit funds while ensuring seamless client service in partnership with operations and registry partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the relationship management team.
Oversee distribution of financial products to direct investors.
Drive capital raising initiatives across property, healthcare, agriculture, industrial, and real estate debt products.
Strengthen investor relationships and provide strategic support.
Ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and best-in-class client service.
Contribute to product design and sales initiatives.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or property (postgrad desirable).
RG 146 qualified with 5+ years in capital raising or relationship management.
Proven leadership of high-performing teams.
Strong knowledge of investment fundamentals and direct investor engagement.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience advantageous.
