This position involves managing customer relations and supervising daily sales operations for Speciality & Medical Gases within an assigned sales region in Victoria.
* Proactively liaise with your customer network to generate new business and maintain a profitable sales territory.
* Develop knowledge of products and value proposition to effectively communicate with current and potential customers.
* Produce proposals, detailed costings and contractual documents to ensure all transactions deliver maximum profit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market trend monitoring through customer and supplier liaison and industry events.
* Attending industry events and networking activities.
* Collaborate with other teams including sales team members, depots and customer service to drive customer solutions.
Skills & Experience:
* Prior experience with specialty or medical gases.
* Sales experience in Universities, Commercial Labs, pharmaceuticals, Oil & Gas or medical industries.
* Tertiary qualifications in Science, Chemical Engineering or similar.
* Motivated and sales-driven individual.
* Willingness to travel.
* Ability to understand and articulate technical information.
