About the Role:

We are currently seeking an organized Receptionist to be the face of our office and support the smooth operation of our daily tasks. This is an on-site role, ideal for someone personable, reliable, and enjoys working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet clients and visitors professionally and warmly
* Efficiently answer and direct phone calls and emails
* Manage appointment scheduling and bookings
* Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and requests
* Maintain a clean and organized reception area
* Provide general administrative support to accountants and management
* Electronic filing, data entry, document preparation, and scanning
