About Our Client
Our client is a global logistics and supply chain provider delivering integrated transport and warehousing solutions across multiple regions. Known for operational efficiency and reliability, our client supports complex cargo movements with a strong focus on safety, service, and innovation.
What You Will Be Doing
As an HR Coordinator, you will support the Senior HRBP with onboarding and integration of new employees, as well as broader HR support across Medlogs workforce. Youll manage recruitment, coordinate compliance and mobilisation processes, act as a key contact for new starters and managers, and provide day-to-day HR administration, reporting, and support for employee lifecycle and integration activities in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Need
Experience in HR or recruitment coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Comfortable working with operational leaders and frontline staff
HR qualifications or recruitment agency experience (preferred)
Experience in logistics, transport, or industrial sectors (advantageous)
Full working rights in Australia
