Assistant Department Manager roles are the gateway to an interesting, fulfilling and exciting career at Woolworths Group. Assistant Department Managers play a key role in the day-to-day functions of their department while working closely across the store to ensure we provide customers with a great shopping experience and our team with a great place to work.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support day-to-day department operations in collaboration with store teams.
- Work across the store to ensure a great customer experience and a positive work setting for colleagues.
- Participate in the Store Leadership Pathway to develop leadership skills and department capabilities.
