The successful candidate will have a proven track record in growing service centre portfolios and developing strategies to scale repair businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Growth & Strategy: Lead global strategy development and execution for designated equipment/product lines, focusing on market penetration and customer engagement.
* Operational Excellence: Set and ensure global standards across repair processes and tools, standardize pricing procedures and proposal templates, provide technical consulting on complex repair projects, and lead demand planning efforts in cooperation with GSLMs.
* Cross-functional Alignment: Interface with engineering teams to ensure design-to-service alignment, collaborate with commercial and technical leaders to refine repair offerings, assess and implement global and local partnership models to enhance service centre capabilities.
