Virtual Care Facilitator
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Virtual Care Facilitator to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Virtual Care Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting our aged care clients in their own homes to participate in virtual healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Engage and support clients during telehealth consultations using strong communication skills.
* Operate smartphones, iPads, and other digital tools with proficiency or willingness to learn.
* Work independently as part of a collaborative team.
* Provide manual assistance and stand or sit for extended periods due to physical fitness requirements.
Requirements:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and relevant experience.
* Current First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
* Unrestricted Australian Driver's License and vehicle registration.
