Quality Manager – Aged Care, Brisbane
Location: South Brisbane

Work from Home: One day per week after probation
Senior Quality Advisor with a clinical background will lead the implementation of quality systems for over 1,000 CHSP clients transitioning on July 1, 2027. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, identifying risks, translating clinical requirements into AlayaCare and MOA systems, and maintaining quality standards during the 2027 rollout.
What you need:
* Demonstrated experience in aged care quality, risk and compliance
* Registered RN with AHPRA (must guide team on PEG feeds, medication and palliative care)
* NDIS experience is highly regarded
* Driver's licence – occasional travel to satellite office and local NDIS facilities (pool cars available)
* Full working rights in Australia – Visa sponsorship not available
