About the role
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading the Maintenance Department to ensure the safe, efficient and reliable operation of all plant, equipment, essential services and grounds across Casterton Memorial Hospital. This hands-on leadership role supports preventative maintenance, contractor coordination, facilities compliance, and the ongoing presentation and functionality of the hospital environment.

What you bring
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
* Strong leadership capability with experience supervising maintenance teams
* Solid technical knowledge across building services, plant, equipment and essential services (gas, water, electricity, medical gases)
* Experience with preventative and essential services maintenance programs desirable
* Ability to coordinate contractors and oversee contract performance
* Sound understanding of OHS, fire safety systems, and regulatory compliance requirements
* Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
* A hands-on approach, reliability, and pride in maintaining a safe and well-presented facility
