Hartley Glass is looking for a self motivated office administrator to join their small team and provide office support and high quality customer service.
**About the Opportunity**
Reporting to the Office Manager, the role will be responsible for a variety of administrative and reception tasks that support the delivery of outstanding service to clients and support team members. No day will be the same in this fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Assisting customers, suppliers and other stakeholders with their enquiries
- Front of house duties such as greeting visitors, setting up and clearing meeting rooms and sign in processes
- Receipt payments through software program (training provided)
- Ensuring employee licences are up to date and uploading to web programs
- Data entry and filing
- Supporting other team members with preparation of time books for payroll
- Maintaining office stationery supplies, kitchen consumables and general housekeeping of the office areas
**About You**
With previous experience in an administrative role, you will be resilient, have excellent arithmetic skills and be confident to prioritise and organise your work while managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on ensuring accurate data entry and preparation of documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including a professional telephone manner
- A 'can-do' attitude, with good initiative
- A proactive approach and the ability to work unsupervised
- A friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude
- MYOB/XERO experience would be highly regarded but not essential
