Trainer - Engine Fundamentals and Capabilities
We are seeking a skilled trainer to develop heavy vehicle technicians in Melbourne, Australia. The successful candidate will provide coaching and training on Cummins products.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coach less experienced technicians to independently undertake troubleshooting, repairs, and rebuilds of diesel engines.
* Delivery of basic diagnostic training to apprentices in the region.
* Participate in monthly capability meetings and update stakeholders on progress against Heavy Vehicle Mechanical milestone training plans.
* Regularly communicate training program delivery schedules with supervisors and managers.
* Maintain focus on apprentice safety by participating in extended pre-start meetings.
* Contribute to annual Apprentice Onboarding Program.
