The Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Subdivisions Administrator to support the end-to-end delivery of subdivision projects.
This role is central to the smooth progression of subdivision projects from pre-approval through to titles.
You will be coordinating documentation, liaising with consultants and authorities, and ensuring key milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinating subdivision approvals and clearances (WAPC, local councils, service authorities, Landgate)
Preparing, lodging and tracking subdivision documentation and applications
Liaising with surveyors, planners, engineers, builders and contractors
Monitoring conditions, timeframes and compliance requirements
Managing consultant invoices, project records and correspondence
Supporting project managers with reporting and administration
Maintaining accurate project files and registers
Background and Experience
Surveying or surveying administration
Building or construction (including building or building surveying administration)
Property management
Direct experience working within land subdivisions or property development
Key Skills and Competencies
Strong understanding of the subdivision process in Western Australia (or the ability to learn quickly)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Confident communication skills for dealing with consultants and authorities
Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking systems
