About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Front Lift Collection Truck Driver to join our growing team in Kalgoorlie–Boulder. This full‑time role is ideal for someone who is safety‑focused, reliable, and confident operating a Heavy Rigid (HR) front‑lift truck.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient collection and transport of waste and recycling services across residential and commercial sites.
Key Responsibilities
· Safely operate a Front Lift HR waste‑collection truck across scheduled routes
· Perform daily pre‑start, on‑route and end‑of‑shift vehicle checks
· Maintain accurate service records, route notes, and incident reports
· Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with clients and the public
· Comply with all safety procedures, road rules, and environmental requirements
· Support the waste‑management team with general operational duties as required
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Current Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
· Experience operating large commercial or waste‑collection vehicles
· Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and local road conditions
· Good communication and customer‑service skills
· Ability to pass drug and alcohol screening, pre‑employment medical and police clearance
· High level of reliability, safety awareness, and teamwork
· Physical fitness for manual handling tasks as required
Important Details
· Not a FIFO role — Kalgoorlie residents or those willing to relocate only
· Minimum 50 hours per week, early starts required
