About the Role
We're seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to contribute to creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a dynamic team and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
* Cleaning floors, shelves, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens and drains using various equipment and cleaning products.
* Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and carpark – whatever the weather.
About You and Your Skills:
* You'll work both indoors and outdoors, trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting.
* A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace.
* A keen eye for detail and cleanliness.
* A passion for working safely and adhering to Coles Safe Work Practices.
* The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
* Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including weekends).
