Freeway Golf Course is seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Casual Shop Assistants.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-focused environment and has an interest in golf, hospitality or retail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
- Assisting with golf bookings, check-ins and retail sales
- Preparing and serving light food, coffee and beverage
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the shop
- Supporting daily operations of the course as required
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a small team environment
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
- Current Employee Working With Children Check
- Barista training an advantage but not essential
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
