Job Description
* Design and implement Now Assist use cases across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and Creator workflows
* Configure and optimise Now Assist skills, including:
* Incident, case, and chat summarisation
* Resolution note generation
* AI‐assisted response drafting
* AI Search and generated answers
* Build and extend AI‐driven workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scripted Logic
* Work with the GenAI Controller, governance rules, and prompt configuration
* Partner with stakeholders to identify high‐value AI automation opportunities
* Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, privacy, and performance
* Support testing, tuning, and continuous improvement of GenAI outputs
The Successful Applicant
A successful ServiceNow Developer should have:
* Proven experience in developing and customising ServiceNow applications.
* Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including workflows and integrations.
* Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
* A background in software development or a related field.
* Excellent problem‐solving skills and attention to detail.
* A commitment to delivering high‐quality work within set deadlines.
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks (preferred but not essential).
