Description of the Role
This is a casual position responsible for maintaining our park and facilities. It includes overnight on-call duties to ensure the park and facilities are well-maintained.
* Mowing, trimming, hedging and pruning of lawns and gardens is a key responsibility.
* The successful candidate will be involved in general garden care, including plant and tree maintenance.
* Ensuring pathways are clear by blowing them clean is also part of this role.
* Organizing maintenance quotes as required will also fall under this job's responsibilities.
* Removal of rubbish and debris from the park is another duty of the caretaker.
* Poll cleaning and maintenance falls within this role as well.
Requirements
We are seeking candidates with experience in building maintenance and lawn, plant and tree care. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of maintenance procedures and troubleshooting skills.
