About the role
You will be required to:
* Report to Operations Manager and support business development
* Lead and mentor a small team of electricians and apprentices
* Plan, execute, and monitor projects ensuring safety and quality compliance
* Experience in electrical estimating, design, and compiling project quotes
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of SolidWorks, PowerPac, SimPro (desirable)
* Collaborate across teams with excellent communication skills
* Maintain accurate documentation and reports
* Strong can‐do attitude and passion for the electrical industry
