Techforce Personnel is ramping up its national Chef pool for opportunities across Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory, and South Australia.
Job Description
The successful candidate will have experience in bulk cooking or large-scale kitchens. They must be confident in a fast-paced, professional kitchen environment and possess knowledge of HACCP / Food Safety procedures.
Additionally, they will require a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification) and full Australian working rights.
Our clients are major FM & Mining companies seeking Chefs who can work effectively in a team environment and maintain the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Requirements
* Experience in bulk cooking or large-scale kitchens
* HACCP / Food Safety knowledge
* Confident in a fast-paced, professional kitchen
* Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
* National Police Check (within 6 months)
* Food Safety Certificate
* Full Australian working rights
