This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Waiter located in Sorrento, VIC.
Responsibilities include overseeing and coordinating the dining room staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing food and beverage service, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for guests.
The Head Waiter will liaise with kitchen staff, address customer feedback, and uphold the establishment's service standards.
Additionally, the Head Waiter may assist with staff training and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to address guest needs effectively and maintain satisfaction.
Proficiency in Food & Beverage service and Food Service operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Basic knowledge of Cooking techniques and kitchen etiquette to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff.
Ability to lead a team, manage schedules, and provide training to junior staff members.
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
