Discover more via our website. Your next career opportunity In this role, you will investigate serious academic misconduct and ensure fair, procedurally sound outcomes for students. You will build your investigative expertise in a new function that works with academic and professional colleagues. What you will deliver: Manage and investigate alleged serious academic misconduct cases, ensuring procedural fairness and accurate, well-reasoned outcomes. Gather and analyse evidence, including interviews and documentation, and prepare clear, concise reports and formal allegations. Communicate empathetically with students and stakeholders, prioritising wellbeing while explaining processes, expectations and decisions. Maintain accurate records and case management systems, providing transparent updates on progress and outcomes. Collaborate with academic integrity partners and contribute to ongoing improvement of policies, systems and investigative practice. You may be a great fit if you: Hold a relevant degree or equivalent training and experience in investigations, compliance, legal, fraud or similar fields. Demonstrate proven experience planning and conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and producing high-quality reports and findings. Apply critical thinking and sound judgement to complex information, policy frameworks and sensitive student circumstances. Manage competing priorities and caseloads, switching between matters while maintaining accuracy, timeliness and confidentiality. Communicate with clarity and empathy, including conducting difficult conversations and drafting precise, accessible written correspondence.
