About the opportunity
We currently have a fantastic opportunity available for an Internal Communications Coordinator to assist in delivering an internal communication program that supports business unit strategies and drives employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
Support business-wide internal communication requests, including planning copywriting and content generation to best cater to business needs.
Draft clear copy and communications that simplifies complex information to suit our broad audience of employees across our business.
Ensure internal communications meet individual business unit strategic objectives and create exceptional employee experiences.
Facilitate the systematic, timely and accurate delivery of business-critical information to support the Field Sales & National Accounts teams, including communications for Distribution Partners.
Coordinate or support events and other internal communications initiatives.
Conduct regular internal communications audits to inform further evolution of our communication strategies and channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor qualification in Communications, Marketing or equivalent field
Skills and Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365 Applications, including SharePoint (preferred).
Experience with Staffbase employee communications software (preferred).
Ability to manage expectations and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Excellent project management, analytical thinking and time management skills.
Comfortable working autonomously as well as in teams.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to sell a broad vision and engage people along the way.
