DUTIES:
The HRBP supports the ER/IR Supervisor in providing HR, ER and IR advice, support and training to various business units across the Company and assists in aligning the Company’s people and business strategies.
The HRBP’s primary responsibility is to plan, coordinate and facilitate HR management and other relevant training programmes for employees, supervisors and managers. This includes developing annual training plans, identifying skill gaps and training needs, organising training programs, facilitating in-house training sessions and/or sourcing suitable external training courses, as well as preparing training reports and analysis.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Business or other relevant experience
* Cert IV in training and assessment (desirable)
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills
* 3 years HR generalist experience in a similar role
* An understanding of Human Resources principles, as well as working knowledge of the Fair Work legislation
* Must have sound administration and organisation skills and ability to build rapport quickly and easily
* Current national police clearance
