About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as an Ongoing Support Consultant.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their employment goals and improve their overall quality of life.

As an Ongoing Support Consultant, you will work closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to identify their needs and develop tailored solutions that promote successful employment outcomes.

* Provide expert guidance and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them navigate the employment process and overcome barriers to job acquisition.
* Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments that cater to the needs of employees with disabilities.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote employment opportunities and address systemic barriers faced by individuals with disabilities.
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine the best course of action for each client, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and outcomes, using this information to inform future service delivery and ensure continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. You will also have:

* Proven experience working with individuals with disabilities, preferably in a vocational rehabilitation or employment services setting.
* A strong understanding of the disability employment landscape, including relevant policies, legislation, and initiatives.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear, concise reports and presentations.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing competing deadlines.
